Where do you deliver?

We ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping within the Benelux is always free. There is no minimum order value.

When will I receive my order?

Our products are made to order. The delivery time includes production, processing, and shipping, and may vary depending on the product and period. Therefore, we do not state a fixed delivery time.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. When tracking becomes available, you will also find your tracking link in that email.

Returns & refunds

Can I return my order?

As a consumer within the European Union, you generally have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days after receipt. In addition, LONEPRAYERS offers a voluntary return period of a total of 30 days after receipt. You can therefore register your return with us within 30 days after receipt. For this additional return period, the item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition. You may, of course, view and try on the product as you would in a store. The direct return costs are at your own expense, unless the product is damaged, defective, or delivered incorrectly. This additional arrangement does not limit your statutory consumer rights. How do I register a return?

Email info@loneprayers.nl and state your name and order number. You will receive the return instructions and the correct return address. Do not send your return to the production location or the address on the shipping packaging.

Who pays the return costs?

The direct return costs are borne by the customer, unless the item is damaged, defective, or delivered incorrectly, or unless applicable law states otherwise.

My order is damaged or delivered incorrectly. What now?

Contact us as soon as possible via info@loneprayers.nl. State your order number and, if possible, attach clear photos of the item, the problem, and the packaging. We will help you with a suitable solution.

When will I receive my refund?

In the event of withdrawal, we will refund the amounts due within 14 days after you have informed us of your decision. We may wait until we have received the product or until you have shown that you have returned it, whichever occurs earlier.

We will refund via the same payment method as the original order, unless expressly agreed otherwise. After that, depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several business days before the amount is visible.
