SHIPPING POLICY
At LONEPRAYERS®, we strive to process every order carefully and as quickly as possible. As our products are made to order, the following processing and delivery times apply.
Processing Time
All products are produced specifically for you after an order has been placed.
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). During busy periods, product launches, or promotional events, processing times may be longer.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times after processing and shipment:
• Netherlands: 2–7 business days
• Belgium & Europe: 3–10 business days
• International: 5–15 business days
The delivery times listed above are estimates only and may vary due to shipping carriers, customs inspections, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the contents of the order.
Any free shipping promotions will be clearly communicated on our website.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment.
Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, and/or import fees may apply.
These charges are determined by local authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including shipping carriers and customs authorities.
If your order has not been received within:
• 14 days after shipment (Netherlands & Europe)
• 21 days after shipment (International)
please contact us at info@loneprayers.nl.
We will investigate the shipment and, where possible, assist in locating the package.
If a shipment is officially confirmed as lost by the carrier, LONEPRAYERS® will provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement shipment or a refund.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information when placing an order.
LONEPRAYERS® cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@loneprayers.nl.
Please include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product
• Photos showing the damage or defect
• Photos of the packaging
Each claim will be reviewed carefully, and we will provide an appropriate solution where necessary.
