LONEPRAYERS operates using a print-on-demand model. Products are made to order after an order has been placed.
For production and fulfilment, we work with Gelato and affiliated production and logistics partners. The location where an order is produced may vary depending on the product and order.
Because products are made to order, processing times may vary. Where available, the current estimated delivery time is displayed during checkout.
2. Delivery time
The total delivery time consists of the processing and production of your order plus the actual shipping time.
For orders within the Benelux, the current estimated delivery time is generally 3–5 business days.
For international orders, delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, selected product, production location and available shipping method.
The delivery time shown during checkout is always the most up-to-date estimate available for your order.
Because LONEPRAYERS uses print-on-demand production, production and shipping times may vary from order to order. The stated delivery times are therefore estimates and are not guaranteed delivery times.
3. Shipping area
LONEPRAYERS offers shipping within the Benelux and to international destinations that are available during checkout.
The Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg are included in our free shipping offer.
Shipping costs may apply to international orders. Available countries and shipping methods may vary by product and destination and will be displayed during checkout.

4. Shipping costs
LONEPRAYERS currently offers free shipping for orders within the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg.
Shipping costs may apply to international orders. The applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed during checkout before the order is completed.
Shipping costs and available shipping methods may vary depending on the product, destination, selected shipping method and fulfilment location.
For international shipments, additional customs charges, import duties or taxes may apply depending on the destination and applicable local regulations. The recipient may be responsible for such costs.
5. Tracking
When tracking is available for your order, you will receive the relevant shipping information as soon as it becomes available.
The availability and operation of tracking may depend on the carrier and shipping method used.
6. Delays
Stated delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our direct control.
These may include production delays, carrier delays, sorting centre delays, increased volumes during holidays, weather conditions, customs clearance or other logistical circumstances.
If we become aware of a relevant delay that may affect your order, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you.
7. Delivery issues
Please ensure that the delivery address provided is complete and correct.
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, this may affect the further handling of the order.
In such a situation, please contact us as soon as possible at info@loneprayers.nl.
8. Orders containing multiple products
When an order contains multiple products, these products may be produced or shipped separately depending on the production and fulfilment location.
As a result, your order may arrive in multiple shipments.
9. Damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered orders
Have you received an order that is damaged, defective or incorrect? Please contact us as soon as possible at info@loneprayers.nl.
Please include your order number and describe the issue. Photos of the product and packaging may help us assess the situation quickly.
If the issue is the responsibility of LONEPRAYERS, we will seek an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
10. Returns
For information about the statutory right of withdrawal, voluntary returns, return conditions, return costs and refunds, please refer to the Returns & Refund Policy.
Do not send a return to the LONEPRAYERS postal address or to a production or shipping address without receiving prior instructions.
