2. Applicability
These Service Terms apply to the use of our webshop, our offers and any agreement entered into between LONEPRAYERS and a customer through our webshop.
If any provision of these terms conflicts with mandatory consumer law, the applicable statutory consumer law shall prevail.
3. Products and Product Information
We do our best to display our products, images, colours, sizes, materials and other product information as completely and accurately as possible.
Actual colours may differ slightly from what you see on your screen due to screen settings, photography, lighting or production processes.
Because our products are produced on demand, minor differences between individual items may occur. Such normal production differences do not automatically mean that a product is defective.
The main product characteristics, available sizes, materials and other relevant information are stated on the relevant product page where possible.
4. Made-to-Order Production
LONEPRAYERS products are produced on demand. This means that a product enters production after an order has been placed.
For production and fulfilment, we use specialised external production and logistics partners, including Gelato and affiliated production partners.
Depending on the product, delivery address, availability and production capacity, an order may be produced at different production locations.
When an order contains multiple products, they may be produced separately and delivered in multiple packages or at different times.
5. Orders and Formation of the Agreement
Before completing an order, you will have the opportunity to review the selected products and the information you have entered and correct it where necessary.
After placing an order, you will receive an electronic confirmation. The agreement is formed in accordance with the information and steps displayed during the ordering process.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary to process and deliver your order.
LONEPRAYERS may refuse or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason to do so, for example in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, obvious pricing or system errors, payment problems or where a product cannot reasonably be delivered.
If an order that has already been paid for is cancelled by us, the amount paid for that order will be refunded in accordance with the applicable terms.
6. Prices
All prices in our webshop are displayed in euros (€) and include applicable VAT unless expressly stated otherwise.
Any shipping costs and other applicable costs will be clearly displayed before you definitively place your order.
LONEPRAYERS may change product prices. A price change does not affect an order for which an agreement has already been concluded, except in cases of obvious errors and insofar as permitted by law.
7. Payments
Payments are processed through the payment methods and payment providers made available during checkout.
The availability of a specific payment method may depend on factors including your location, device or the relevant payment provider.
If a payment cannot be processed successfully, the order may not be able to be fulfilled.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Because our products are produced on demand, the total delivery time consists of production, processing and shipping.
The estimated delivery time depends on factors including the product, production location, delivery address, production capacity and selected shipping method. Where available, the current estimated delivery time is displayed during the ordering process.
The stated delivery time is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors including production capacity, holidays, busy periods and possible carrier delays.
Once an order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation. When tracking is available, you will receive information allowing you to track the shipment.

9. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Consumers within the European Union generally have the statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days after receiving the order without giving a reason, unless a statutory exception applies.
In addition, LONEPRAYERS voluntarily offers a return period of 30 days after receipt, subject to the conditions set out in our Shipping and Return Policy.
Consumers' statutory rights are not restricted by this voluntary return period.

10. Damaged, Defective or Incorrectly Delivered Products
Please check your order as soon as possible after receiving it.
Have you received a damaged, defective or incorrect product? Please contact us as soon as possible at info@loneprayers.nl.
Where possible, include your order number and clear photos of the product, the issue and the packaging. This helps us assess your report more quickly.
If a product is found to be damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered, we will seek an appropriate solution in accordance with the applicable statutory rights and our policies.
11. Statutory Warranty and Conformity
Consumers have statutory rights concerning products that do not conform to what may reasonably be expected on the basis of the agreement.
These Service Terms do not affect any statutory warranty or conformity rights that apply to your purchase.
12. Intellectual Property
All text, designs, logos, brand names, product names, graphic elements, photographs, images and other content on our webshop are owned by LONEPRAYERS or used with permission from the relevant rights holder, unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell or commercially use this content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
The name and visual identity of LONEPRAYERS may not be used without permission in a manner that could create confusion about the origin of products or services.
13. Permitted Use of the Webshop
You may not use our webshop for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes.
Among other things, you may not:
- Intentionally disrupt or damage the webshop or related systems.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts or data.
- Distribute malware, scripts or other harmful code.
- Use our webshop for fraud or other unlawful activities.
- Infringe our intellectual property rights or those of third parties.
14. External Services and Links
Our webshop may use or refer to services, websites and technologies provided by third parties.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for the content or availability of external websites or services over which we have no control.
When you use third-party services, the terms and privacy policy of the relevant third party may also apply.
15. Shopify
Our webshop is hosted and technically supported by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce infrastructure that enables us to operate our webshop.
Products offered through this webshop are sold by LONEPRAYERS. LONEPRAYERS is responsible for the sales agreement with the customer, subject to responsibilities of external service providers that arise directly from applicable law or their own services.
16. Privacy and Personal Data
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

17. Liability
LONEPRAYERS is responsible for fulfilling its statutory and contractual obligations.
To the extent permitted by law, LONEPRAYERS is not liable for indirect or consequential damage that cannot reasonably be attributed to LONEPRAYERS.
Nothing in these Service Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted under applicable law.
18. Force Majeure
LONEPRAYERS is not responsible for delays or failure to perform insofar as these result from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
This may include, for example, serious disruptions involving carriers, production partners, infrastructure or other unforeseen circumstances.
Statutory consumer rights in cases of delay or non-delivery remain applicable.

We will carefully review your complaint and aim to work with you towards an appropriate solution.
20. Governing Law
These Service Terms and agreements with LONEPRAYERS are governed by Dutch law.
This choice of law does not affect mandatory consumer protection rights to which you are entitled under the law of your country of residence.
21. Severability
If any provision of these Service Terms is found to be wholly or partially invalid, void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect to the fullest extent possible.
22. Changes to These Service Terms
We may amend these Service Terms from time to time, for example due to changes in our services, business operations or applicable law.
The most recent version will be published on this page. This page will also state when the Service Terms were last updated.
For agreements already concluded, the terms applicable to those agreements will remain in effect unless a change is legally permitted or has been agreed with you.
