Applicability

These General Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the LONEPRAYERS webshop, to all offers, and to all orders and agreements concluded via the webshop, insofar as no legal deviations have been made.

Products and product information

We do our best to display product descriptions, images, colors, dimensions, and other product information as accurately as possible. Minor differences may occur, for example due to screen settings or the production process.

Obvious errors or mistakes in product information, prices, or offers are not binding when it is reasonably clear that an error has occurred.

On-demand production

Some of LONEPRAYERS' products are produced on demand. As a result, a product may only go into production after an order has been placed.

For production and fulfillment, we work with Gelato and affiliated production and logistics partners. The production location may vary per order.

Orders and conclusion of the agreement

You can place an order via the webshop by following the steps in the ordering process. After placing an order, you will receive an electronic order confirmation.

The agreement is concluded when the order has been accepted by LONEPRAYERS and the order confirmation has been sent, unless the circumstances or applicable law suggest otherwise.

When an order cannot be fulfilled for a valid reason, for example due to an obvious pricing error or unavailability, we may contact you to cancel the order or suggest an appropriate solution.

Prices

All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.

Obvious pricing errors or mistakes are not binding when it is reasonably clear that an error has occurred.

Payments

Payment is made via the payment methods made available during checkout. An order is processed after the payment has been successfully authorized or received, depending on the chosen payment method.

Shipping and delivery

Orders are produced, processed, and shipped according to LONEPRAYERS' current Shipping and Return Policy.

The delivery time displayed during checkout is the most current indication. Delivery times may vary due to production, shipping, carriers, public holidays, weather conditions, or other logistical circumstances.

When an order consists of multiple products, these may be produced separately and delivered in multiple shipments.

Right of withdrawal and returns

Consumers within the European Union can generally exercise the legal right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the order, unless a legal exception applies.

LONEPRAYERS also offers a voluntary return period of 30 days under the conditions described in the Shipping and Return Policy.

Your legal consumer rights, including the legal right of withdrawal and the right to a proper product, are not limited by these terms.

Damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered products

Is a product damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered? Please contact us as soon as possible via info@loneprayers.nl and preferably include your order number and attach clear photos.

We will assess the report and look for an appropriate solution, depending on the situation and your legal rights.

Legal guarantee and conformity

You are entitled to a product that complies with the agreement and the reasonable expectations you may have of it. The legal rules regarding conformity and consumer purchases remain applicable.

Intellectual property

All texts, images, logos, designs, graphic elements, product images, and other content on the webshop are the property of LONEPRAYERS or are used with permission from the rights holder.

Without prior written permission, it is not permitted to copy, distribute, reproduce, or commercially use this content in whole or in part, insofar as this is not already permitted by law.

Permitted use of the webshop

It is not permitted to use the webshop for unlawful purposes, to circumvent security measures, to disrupt the operation of the webshop, or to use automated systems without permission in a manner that may harm the webshop or other users.

External services and links

The webshop may use external services and may contain links to websites or services of third parties. LONEPRAYERS is not responsible for the content, availability, or terms of external websites and services.

Shopify

The webshop is technically offered via Shopify. Shopify supports, among other things, the infrastructure, the ordering process, and parts of the processing of customer data. More information about this can be found in our Privacy Policy.

Privacy and personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with LONEPRAYERS' Privacy Policy. It explains which personal data we process, why we process it, and what your rights are.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, LONEPRAYERS is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, or loss of profit that arise solely from the use of the webshop or its unavailability.

This limitation does not apply to the extent that liability cannot be excluded or limited by mandatory law, including situations involving intent or willful recklessness, or where legal consumer rights are otherwise affected.

Force majeure

When fulfillment of an obligation becomes temporarily or permanently impossible due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, this may constitute force majeure. Examples include malfunctions, issues with production partners or carriers, extreme weather conditions, government measures, and other unforeseen circumstances.

If a force majeure situation affects your order, we will inform you of this when reasonably possible.

Do you have a complaint about a product, order, or our services? Please first contact us via info@loneprayers.nl . We strive to respond within 1–2 business days.

Governing law

Dutch law applies to these Terms and Conditions and the agreements between you and LONEPRAYERS, insofar as mandatory consumer protection law does not provide otherwise.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The relevant provision shall, to the extent possible, be replaced or interpreted in a manner that approximates its purpose and intent as closely as possible within the limits of the law.

Changes to these Terms and Conditions

LONEPRAYERS may amend these Terms and Conditions when necessary, for example, due to changes in the webshop, services provided, or applicable laws and regulations.

The most recent version will be published on this page. This page also indicates when the Terms and Conditions were last updated.
