Shipping Information
• Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days.
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code by email.
• Delivery within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg takes an average of 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• Free shipping within the Benelux
Return Policy
Not completely satisfied with your order? No problem.
You can return your order within 30 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unworn and unwashed.
• The item must be in its original condition.
• All original tags must still be attached.
How to request a return
Send an email to support@loneprayers.com with:
• Your order number
• Your name
• The reason for return (optional)
Upon approval, you will receive further instructions for returning your order.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, the refund will be processed via the original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or incorrect items
Have you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item? Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@loneprayers.nl. We will find a suitable solution as soon as possible.
